How long does it typically take to close and get paid?

We will put 30 days on the contract; however, we typically close anywhere from 2 to 3 weeks. Once the inspection period is complete, we deposit the money to escrow and get the properties closed as soon as possible.

How do you come up with your cash offers?

We always give a market value cash offer based on what similar properties are currently listed for in the area. Unlike other investors and cash buyers, we want to give a fair cash offer that is at or above market value to give our sellers an advantage in comparison to listing with a realtor.
